What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an Ancient practice that goes back 4000 B.C and has been a welcomed complementary therapy in many countries of Asia and Europe. The extremely relaxing therapeutic foot massage focuses on relaxation of the entire body through the feet.
Beginning with a warm foot bath with epsom salt and lavender, it works reflex points on the feet that correspond to every part of your body through the nervous system. It promotes each organ and gland’s optimal function and activates your body’s natural healing abilities. Everyday stresses are released as tension and fatigue melts away creating balance, harmony and energy throughout the entire body.
Reflexology doesn’t heal your body; it creates conditions for the body to heal itself.
Reflexology improves the immune system, digestion, hormonal balance, circulation and general well-being. It is great for stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, PMS and menopause among other conditions.
