＊ If you have a specific health concern such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, I recommend having a 70 minute session weekly during the first month, then reduce the frequency to bi-weekly and eventually monthly.

＊ For your self-care and stress relief routine, I suggest once in
3 to 6 weeks session. Reflexology treatments are usually the most effective when you have a regular schedule.

＊Please note that you stay clothed (except for your socks) during the session.
